Illovo- Life made better Campaign - Content creation and marketing

Dawnconcepts led the end-to-end production and marketing of Illovo Sugar’s Life Made Better campaign, delivering a series of brand films that brought the company’s impact and purpose to life. The team handled concept development, filming, editing, and digital rollout, crafting human-centred stories that highlighted Illovo’s contribution to communities, employees, and broader economic growth. Sanlam SLS: Culture -Enabling “Winning as One” environment

Dawnconcepts developed an internal communications proposal for Sanlam titled “Culture: Enabling a “Winning as One” Environment.” The strategy focused on building a unified, high-performance culture by aligning communication, leadership engagement, recognition, and employee experience across the organisation.

Through an integrated programme of town halls, leadership platforms, mentorship, and engagement initiatives, the proposal aimed to strengthen connection, consistency, and collaboration across clusters. Anchored in themes of balance, growth, recognition, connectedness, and leadership, it was designed to create a cohesive employee experience that supports performance, culture alignment, and long-term organisational success.

eJoburg platform - Go to market campaign

Dawnconcepts delivered the go-to-market campaign for the eJoburg platform for the City of Johannesburg, aimed at driving awareness, registrations, and usage of the City’s digital self-service portal. The campaign combined social media marketing, community management, and targeted media buying to educate residents, encourage online account management, and shift behaviour toward digital service channels.

Through clear messaging and a phased rollout, the work positioned eJoburg as a convenient, modern way for residents to engage with municipal services, supporting improved service delivery and stronger citizen engagement.
